Select the plan that best fits your lifestyle — from a few meals a week to a fully stocked fridge. Each one includes delivery within Lexington and a rotating, chef-curated menu.

2. Customize your preferences.

During onboarding, we’ll discuss your dietary needs, goals, and any allergies. Every plan can be tailored — whether that’s gluten-free, dairy-free, performance-focused, or simply seasonal and local.

3. We source + prepare.

Your meals are crafted fresh each week in our commercial kitchen using locally grown, Kentucky-Proud ingredients. Each dish is balanced, portioned, and designed for both nourishment and enjoyment.

4. Delivery day.

Expect your meals to arrive every Tuesday in recyclable, labeled containers — complete with ingredients, allergens, and reheating instructions. Your week officially gets easier.

5. Heat, enjoy, repeat.

Meals are ready in minutes. Store them in your fridge, follow the simple reheating guide, and savor food that truly fuels your body and mind.
