Hi, I’m AUDREY MIDDLETON.

I’ve spent my life chasing the magic that happens when good food meets good people. From childhood meals in my kitchen to years behind the line, food has always been my language — the way I connect, create, and care for others.

After more than a decade in the restaurant world, I craved something slower, something more intentional. That’s how Nourish Society was born — from the belief that the way we eat can shape the way we live.

My own journey toward wellness changed everything. I started strength training, learned to fuel my body with purpose, and began to understand that food is more than flavor — it’s energy, clarity, and care. Cooking and training taught me the same lesson: consistency and intention create transformation.

Now, I bring that philosophy into every dish I create. I cook with purpose, using local ingredients and simple techniques that honor both where we come from and where we’re going. Because nourishment, to me, isn’t just about what’s on the plate — it’s about finding balance, strength, and joy in the process.

My Approach

At Nourish Society, everything begins with intention. I believe food should serve a purpose — to nourish, to energize, and to bring people back to themselves. My approach is rooted in the idea that what we eat directly shapes how we feel, how we move, and how we show up in the world.

I don’t chase perfection. I focus on presence — building balance through real, whole ingredients and mindful choices. Every menu, every prep session, every bite is designed with both flavor and function in mind. Because food should make you feel good, not just taste good.

From sourcing local ingredients to crafting meals that align with your goals, I bring together my background as a professional chef and my personal wellness journey to create food that fuels your body and your life. This is intentional nourishment — thoughtful, grounded, and designed to support you wherever you are in your season of growth.

the mission

Food should do more than fill you - it should fuel you, restore you, and support the life you want to live. At Nourish Society, we believe nourishment can be both deeply comforting and powerfully functional.

eat with purpose

Wellness isn’t a destination — it’s a practice. The food you eat, the way you move, and the time you take to rest all work together to build strength from the inside out.
